Transfers outside the EU<\/h2>\n<p>Some providers (Google, Adobe, Cloudflare) may process data in third countries, including the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of adequacy decisions of the European Commission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6.
